Just One More Pedal Pusher

How can you not fall in love with the new Pedal Pusher stamp set?  I’m giving you one more idea today, then it’s time for my party pants to come out (hint-hint).

The layout for today’s card comes from CAS(E) this sketch.  I paired the Pedal Pusher stamp set with the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper to create a soft, subtle Thinking of You card.

I layered a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of the striped Designer Series Paper onto the Whisper White card base.  I placed a paper doily in the center of the card to give it a bit of a feminine flair.  Next, I cut 1/2″ strips of various patterns of the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper and trimmed the ends with the Banner Triple punch before adhering to the card front.

The bike image was stamped onto Whisper White card stock with Basic Black Archival ink, then watercolored with an Aqua Painter and several ink refills.  I cut the image out with the Ovals Die and Big Shot, then layered it onto a larger die-cut oval.  The greeting was stamped on Basic Black card stock with White Staz-ON ink.
