Princess Birthday

For 2 weeks, my 7-year old daughter has been talking about her friend Lily's birthday party.  I have been imparted with the knowledge that Lily no longer likes My Little Pony.  She now likes the movie FROZEN.  Bella and I had to go buy a FROZEN toy as Lily's gift, and Bella thought it would be great to wrap it in FROZEN wrapping paper and give Lily a FROZEN card.  Believe it or not, that was a tall order!

When we were unable to find a FROZEN-themed card, my daughter suggested that I make her one.  She seemed confident that I could do it…..me, not so much.

I started with the Ice Princess Cut Its from Lettering Delights.  I then used my Stampin' Up card stock and Silhouette Cameo to piece the princess together.  Personally, I think she looks more like cold Cinderella but I gave it a shot.  ;0)The inside of the card is from a cut file that I purchased in the Silhoette online store.  I knew I would probably need it for future princess birthday cards.  I love the way it pops up and the little windows and doors open.
