Today I’m sharing a super cute card that would be perfect for spring, Easter, or just to say a quick “hello”. I’ve been doing some coloring everyday as part of a 30 day challenge on Instagram. That has given me some random images to add to cards in the future. I colored this bunny from the Welcome Easter stamp set with Stampin’ Blends. He was too cute to continue sitting on my desk, so I created a card using the sketch below for my layout.
I wanted to create an outdoor scene for my cute bunny, so I had to look through my stash of stamps and dies to find the perfect elements. You might be surprised to hear what I used for the cloud image/dies and the grass die cut edge. Both are from the Wiggle Worm bundle! Seriously, doesn’t it work perfectly? For the sky background and the sentiment, I pulled in the Label Me Bold stamp set from the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog. This is a very versatile set, but I think a lot of my customers have overlooked it.
The final touch for this card is the rounded edges. To get them perfect, I used the Detailed Trio punch. I definitely need to use this punch more!
