My blog is sandwiched nicely in the middle of this blog hop, so you may have just visited the blog of the extremely talented, Debbie Henderson. She’s always got such wonderful ideas and I love her work. Be sure to scroll to the end of this post to follow along to your next stop.
It’s been many years since I have had a Monthly Stamping Club, but this month marks its return. I wanted to create a project that would delight my newly committed club members, most of whom are card makers. I’ve been working on this project for the last month and it has finally come together just the way I envisioned it. The project begins with a simple card holder tied together with some beautiful Crushed Curry 3/8″ Mini Chevron Ribbon.
When you untie the ribbon, the holder opens to expose two inserts holding 2 cards and 2 envelopes each. All of the cards feature the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set, Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies, Color Theory Designer Series Paper, and the Glitter Enamel Dots.
I created a card for each season by choosing a different color scheme for each one. The colors in the Color Theory Suite are Crushed Curry, Dapper Denim, Old Olive, and Berry Burst. As you can see, there is a lot of variety in this product line.
If you’d like to get a closer look at the individual cards, I’ll be sharing them all this week on my Instagram account, thestampdoc. I’ll also be sharing information in my weekly newsletter on how you can get the tutorial and card supplies as a gift with purchase through July 31st. You will also be able to purchase just the tutorial if you would like to use it for personal use. Don’t forget to subscribe to my newsletter to learn more about this project.
Your next stop on this blog tour is to the other Melissa……Melissa Davies! I’m sure she’ll be blowing us away with another amazing project this month.
