Well I am officially ‘”snowed in” so I am being super productive today. You are getting this week’s video tutorial a day earlier than I anticipated. I know you are going to LOVE this fun fold card! It’s a Mini Bendi Card that features the Hey Chick and Hey Birthday Chick bundles from Stampin’ UP! I just can’t get enough of these chickens.

Mini Bendi Card Measurements

Colors listed as shown in sample

  • Magenta Madness Card Stock: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 2-3/4″
  • Magenta Madness Designer Series Paper: 4″ x 5-1/4″
  • Just Jade Card Stock: 2″ x 4-1/2″, scored at 1/2″, 2-1/4″, and 4″
  • Just Jade Designer Series Paper: (2) pieces 1-1/2″ x 1-3/4″
  • Bumblebee Card Stock: 1-1/4″ x 6-1/2″, scored at 1/2″ from each end
  • Bumblebee Designer Series Paper: 1″ x 5-1/4″
  • Basic White Card Stock: (2) pieces 2″ x 4″

I often get asked about how long it takes me to create a card like this. The short answer is several hours. However, once I perfect the measurements and mechanisms, I can put one of these together in about 15 minutes start-to-finish. I’ve already done that hard work for you.

The other thing that eats up time is the stamped images. When my stamp sets arrived, I immediately stamped a bunch of images, colored them, and die cut them. Then I put them in an empty stamp case that I can pull from when I’m ready to make a card. This saves a ton of time!
