Playful Alphabet meets Peace & Joy

Hi everyone and welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop! We’ve got some great projects to share with you, so make sure you continue by clicking the NEXT button at the bottom of this post to continue the hop. Today I’m pairing 2 of my favorite products: Playful Alphabet meets Peace & Joy for a non-traditional color combo on a Holiday card.

I had cut out the “merry” letters for another project and thought it would be wasteful to throw away the negative cuts. Once I trimmed them down, I added them to the front of my card with mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. My color combination is Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, Poppy Parade, and Misty Moonlight. What do you think?

“Bright” was die cut from a Gold Foil Sheet and a Foam Adhesive Sheet. I highly recommend that you cut these separately or you will get dot impressions in your gold foil. One other tip: the dot for the “i” in bright is super tiny, so I ended up using the dot for the “i” that is in the Playful Alphabet Dies instead.

If you would like to see another fun Holiday card with non-traditional colors and the Peace & Joy stamp set, check out this post.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
