Happy Monday, stampers!  I hope you survived the weekend.  It was incredibly hot in Indiana and we had several outdoor activities to attend.  I’m sure that I was shimmering more than today’s card on a few occasions.  This card features glitter, lots of dimension, and a cool rainbow effect.  I created a video to demonstrate the technique, so I hope it inspires you.
