Fruit Basket Sketch Challenge

It looks like Spring might finally be visiting Indiana.  The weather man mentioned something about snow, but I’m going to assume he is wrong.  I’m so ready for warmer weather!

When I think of warm weather, I certainly think of fresh strawberries!  The Fruit Basket stamp set and punch will be retiring soon, so I decided to use it for this week’s TGIF Challenges Sketch.  You can see what the other designers created and play along with us by clicking the graphic below.

I followed the sketch pretty closely and made use of the 3/4″ and 1″ circle punches.  All of the paper, with the exception of Whisper White and Basic Black, is from the Tutti-Fruitti Designer Series Paper pack.  The Fruit Basket bundle and the coordinating paper will be retiring May 31, 2018 or while supplies last.  I’d hate for you to miss out on getting this fun set of products!

For the sentiment, I stamped in Versamark, sprinkled on White Emboss powder, and heated it until it melted.  I love to add a bold sentiment this way.  White on black just really stands out, doesn’t it?

You may have heard that Stampin’ UP will be having a Color Revamp with the new catalog launch in June.  I’ll be hosting a Facebook Live on Saturday, April 14th at 10am ET to review the changes.  If you’d like to join, be sure to like my page so you’ll receive notifications.

You’ll find a complete list of supplies at the end of this post.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
