Don’t you just love the farmhouse look?
I took some of those design elements from the photo and added them to today’s card. You’ll see shades of Whisper White, Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Silver, and some gray wood/distressed corrugated paper. For my focal point, I used the mummy cat from the Trick or Tweet stamp set. I stamped the image on Whisper White cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, then used a few Stampin’ Blends to create shading. The cat was then fussy cut and popped up with Mini Dimensionals.
There are tons of accessories on this card including the Spider Trinkets and the gorgeous Black Glittered Organdy ribbon. The spider web is a die-cut from the Cauldron Framelits dies and was cut from the Black Foil sheets. In addition, I used 2 embossing folders to add texture and dimension to the background: Corrugated and Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folders. A tiny bit of Gray Granite ink was sponge onto the embossed corrugated paper to give it a distressed look.
