Art in Bloom Bundle: Monday Montage 190
Hi everyone and welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop! We’ve got some great projects to share with you, so make sure you continue by clicking the NEXT button at the bottom of this post to continue the hop. My projects feature the Art in Bloom bundle which consists of the Art in Bloom stamp set and Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder (and dies). For the layout, I was inspired by this week’s sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.
There are so many hidden gems in this new 2021-2022 Stampin’ UP Annual Catalog. Did you skip over page 116 thinking you don’t need another floral stamp set? Well, you are definitely going to want to take a second look at the Art in Bloom bundle. Not only is the stamp set fabulous, but the Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder allows you to cut and emboss the flower images in one step.
I began my card by embossing the Polished Pink card stock base. Next, I stamped the floral images in Black Memento ink onto Basic White card stock. Using the Stamparatus makes this step a breeze. The images were placed in the Hybrid Embossing Folder and passed through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I added a bit of color to the flowers with the Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends. To embellish the card, I used elements from the Expressions in Ink Ephermera pack. All of the steps are outlined fully in the video below. Supplies for this card are linked at the end of this blog post.
