As designers, the TGIF Challenges team loves to inspire you. For this week’s challenge, use the picture above to inspire you to create….anything! Take a peek at what everyone made HERE and you’ll see a wide variety of projects.
For my card, I used a new stamp set from the upcoming annual catalog called Bloom & Grow. It immediately caught my eye because of the charming font used on the greetings and the gorgeous flower sprays. The other great thing about this stamp set is that there are coordinating dies so you don’t have to cut out those intricate flowers by hand.
I colored the flower spray with a variety of Stampin’ Blends, then topped it off with a touch of Wink of Stella glitter. It is so sparkly in person. In the background I stamped one of the abstract designs from the Artisan Textures stamp set in Mint Macaroon. I also used the Basket Weave embossing folder on the background piece to add some amazing texture.
