One of the highlights from convention is swapping cards with other demonstrators. It is so much fun to get new ideas and then have a variety of cards that I can share with my customers. As thrilling as it was to be chosen as an artisan finalist, it was even more exciting to swap with the other 19 finalists! It's also a little nerve-racking trying to create a card that was up to their standards. So, here is my swap card…..
Yes, that is Baker's Twine fringe. And yes, I did it the way you think I did it……crazy, right?
And here is a real shocker…..I used my sewing machine! I certainly don't consider myself competent at sewing, but I love the look of it on my projects and I know I'll only get better with practice.
All of the stamps are from the Zoo Babies stamp set. I think these images are so cute!
