Blended Bloom

I don’t really like to color.  You may have noticed that most of my cards are very clean and simple.  I like to stamp quickly, embellish a little, and be done.

So when Stampin’ Up! made the announcement about Blendabilities, my response was less than enthusiastic.  As demonstrators, we’ve been able to order them for several months, but I held out.  I finally got a chance to use them at convention and decided that I would give them a try.

It’s going to take a little practice to get this shading thing right, but I like the way it looks.  The color is very vibrant!  I used the Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight Blendabilities with the Blended Bloom stamp.

And don’t you just love the black & white paper?  It is from the Back to Black Designer Series Paper Pack.  The sentiment is from the A Dozen Thoughts stamp set.

Thinking about trying Blendabilities for yourself, but don’t want to make a big investment up front?

Consider joining my Blendabilities Marker Club.  You’ll get all the markers plus a lot of extras and without busting your budget.

Happy Stampin’
