On the Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration blog, the designers are featuring their favorite Designer Series Paper. I think I've ordered them all, and I love each of them for different reasons. However, the Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper was my final choice for "favorite" because of all the bright colors & patterns. Plus…….llamas!
Who wouldn't love to get a birthday greeting from a friendly llama? Or is it an alpaca? The Birthday Fiesta stamp set coordinates perfectly with the Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper and the Fiesta Time Framelits. This whole suite just screams "PARTY!!!!".
The llama was stamped in Basic Black ink onto Sahara Sand card stock. Even though we have a llama farm just down the road, I wasn't sure what color would be best. I'm pretty sure any of the lighter neutrals will work just fine. The cactus was stamped in Emerald Envy onto Whisper White card stock. Both images were die cut with the framelits and popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I also die cut the Melon Mambo border from the Fiesta Time Framelits. The swirly circle is from the Swirly Scribbles die (you know, the one that goes with Swirly Bird). The layout is from this week's Mojo Monday sketch.
