In my last post, I shared the unboxing of the May Paper Pumpkin Kit and showed you the projects that were included in the kit. Each kit always includes a free stamp set and usually a few extra embellishments. Today, I’m sharing 3 alternative projects that I made with the remaining supplies and a few new products from the upcoming catalog.
The first card is a clean & simple card using the sketch above. I used Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo, and Daffodil Delight to stamp the rainbow image. It was easy to do this with the Stamparatus. Using this tool ensures that everything is lined up properly and inked completely. The clouds are from the Wiggly Bugs Dies (retiring).
The next 2 cards feature the Starburst Background Technique that I shared in this video a few years ago. I used paper from the 2020-2022 IN Color 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack to create the strips. The star-shaped puffy stickers are from the Paper Pumpkin kit. Once the new catalog is available, you’ll be able to purchase the IN Color enamel dots and the Small Bloom punch that are also shown.
The May 2020 Paper Pumpkin sold out early. You must subscribe by June 10th to receive the June Kit.
