Today I’m sharing a fun fold card with some new stamp bundles: a Hey Chick Pop Up Flip Card!
Hey Chick Pop Up Flip Card
I was so excited to see that Stampin’ UP! was bringing back the Hey Chick stamp set to go along with the new Hey Birthday Chick set. There are also coordinating dies that contain lots of fun extras such as corn, a fence, a chicken coop, birthday banners, and so much more. I immediately stamped, colored and die cut many of the elements to add to have ready for card-making. Many of those elements were used on my card today.
This type of card is called a Pop Up Flip card. When you open the card, the middle focal point flips around and will “stand’ on its own. I loosely followed this tutorial on Splitcoaststampers if you want to give it a try. Because I changed a lot of the measurements and products, I’ll be creating a video tutorial this week.
To color the chickens, I used a wide variety of Stampin’ Blends. All of the colors used are listed below along with the full list of supplies.
