Whoa!!! What happened????

Well, let me tell you.  Two weeks ago, I left to go to the Creating Keepsakes Convention in St. Louis and to visit with my family.  I had a great time and created about 60 scrapbook layouts…..now, I just have to add pictures.

However, I left my husband at home.  He is apparently very motivated to get some home improvement projects done.  So, this is what my stamping/scrapping area looked like when I returned….

I believe that is my work table under all the stuff.  In fact, you can probably play a game of "I Spy" with this photo.  Let me know if you spot my new items from the Summer mini catalog.  :0)

He has grand plans of putting new shelves into the large closet in this room, so that we can hide my addiction.  So, we got about half way through and…..our water heater has decided that now is a good time to die.

For those of you that have read "If you give a mouse a cookie", my story goes something like this:

If you water heater dies,

you'll need to move the water softener unit.

If you move the water softener unit,

you might as well replace the flooring in the laundry room.

If you replace the flooring in the laundry room,

you better remove the wallpaper and repaint the room first.

So now the stamp room project has been pushed back and I don't have a clear workspace and I can't find my stuff.  That is also why I haven't posted anything on my blog in 2 weeks—no place to stamp!!!

Fortunately, I still have a few projects that I did before the renovation to share.  I also plan to shoot a couple of videos for the cards we did at my most recent stamp-a-stack.  And I think I'm going to do a lot more digital paper-crafting until my space returns to normal.

I'll try to have some new posts for you by next week, but be patient with me.  It looks like I'll be giving away some more blog candy as my husband uncovered quite a few goodies that I won't be needing.

Happy Stampin'
