Hi Everyone! I am so late in posting for TGIF Challenges this week. However, I have a super cute card to make up for it! Get ready to fall in LOVE with the DINOROAR SUITE.
I followed our sketch very closely, using the Dinoroar Designer Series Paper to add some fun patterns to the background. The Dinosaur image was stamped in Mango Melody and Pineapple Punch inks separately onto Whisper White card stock. I felt like the Mango Melody-stamped image was too dark, so I chose the Pineapple Punch-stamped image for my focal point. Not wanting to throw away the other dinosaur, I die cut the spots using the Dino Dies from the Mango Melody dinosaur body. The Take-Your-Pick Tool is a must-have for gluing the spots in place.
To outline the dinosaur body, I used the Light Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends to make it stand out more. I also had to add a googly eye from my craft stash. The greeting was stamped in Old Olive ink then punched out with the Tailored Tag punch. As a final touch, I added one of the Pretty Peacock leaves from the Dinoroar Enamel Shapes.
