I’m a bit behind on this week’s color challenge from TGIF Challenges. We are featuring a gorgeous color combo of Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzaz, and Soft Suede. For the challenge, I decided to dust off an old favorite stamp set from the annual catalog called Beautiful Friendship. It is the perfect set for creating quick, easy, and simple cards!
Take a SIP?
SIP stands for Stamps, Ink, and Paper. Today’s card uses only those 3 items and can be assembled in minutes. I used the Stamparatus to achieve near perfect placement of all of my elements. Because I only used the 3 colors from the color challenge, I did some stamps at full strength and stamped off with others. This will create a variation of shades and add depth to your card.
Be sure to check out what the other designers created for this week’s color challenge by visiting the TGIF CHALLENGES blog. We would love to have you play along!
