We are featuring wedding and anniversary cards on Stylin’ Stampin’ INKSpiration today. I was inspired by some wedding photos on Pinterest that featured succulents. I thought it would be nice to translate that to an anniversary card for a soft, subtle look. If you would like to see more succulent inspiration, check out this post.
I used the Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the Big Shot to emboss the Whisper White background. The card base and layer is Tip Top Taupe card stock (this color is retiring so you’ll want to stock up on it). I layered strips~one large and one tiny~ of the Succulent Garden to the front of the card and added another strip to the inside of the card.
The greeting was stamped onto Basic Black card stock with Versamark ink, sprinkled with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and heated with the heat tool until it melted. I love the striking look of black and white, don’t you? And finally, the card was embellished with some Old Olive Enamel shapes and a lace doily.
So do you love the products on this card? If so, you need to go order them now! At the time I prepared this post, the lace doilies were already sold out. All of the retiring items are “while supplies last”. You can use the supply list below for easy ordering.
