Happy Friday! This week’s challenge at TGIF Challenges is an Inspiration Challenge: Walk on the Wild Side. I decided to pull out the Animal Print embossing folder that I haven’t used yet and play around with some inking techniques. I’ll be sharing the “how-to” on creating these backgrounds on my Tik Tok and Instagram this weekend, so make sure you are following me on one or both platforms. I’ve paired this wild background with a fun sentiment from the In Your Words stamp set.
To create the background, I rubbed Early Espresso ink onto the inside of the Animal Print embossing folder. Then, I placed a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock in the folder before running it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine. Different effects can be achieved depending on which side of the embossing folder is inked. I liked both, so that is why I’m sharing 2 versions. Can you tell the difference now?
