Monday Montage 94

I had a lot of fun with this week’s sketch from CAS(E) this sketch and the new Crafting Forever stamp set.

I started by adding a 1″ x 5-1/2″ strip of the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper directly to the left side of my Whisper White card base.  The top layer of Whisper White card stock measures 3-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and is popped up with dimensionals.

On the top layer, I directly stamped the Playful Backgrounds stamp in Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, and Bermuda Bay.  I placed small post-it notes over the smaller areas, inked up with Crushed Curry first.  Then, I removed the notes and added the Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo ink.  The greeting was stamped in Basic Black archival ink and is from the Crafting Forever stamp set.

The scissors, twine, and stamp images were stamped on a combination of Whisper White card stock and the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper.  I used the Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen to add color and highlights to the images.  Sadly, there aren’t any framelits for this set, so I had to fussy cut each piece.  As a final touch, I added a few of the Glitter Enamel Dots.
