The stunning plaid paper on today’s card is from the Plaid Tidings 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack. If you only get one package of pattern paper this year, this one should be it! There are 24 different plaid patterns that you can use for almost any holiday or season. You can see a Halloween card I create with this paper HERE.
It certainly got cooler over the weekend! I’m definitely ready for Fall, even though I’m not sure what happened to the rest of the year (dang it, covid!). Today’s card will definitely give you Fall vibes. For the layout, I used this sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.

To create this card, I began by die-cutting the large leaf from the Gathered Leaves dies out of the Whisper White cardstock. I stamped the negative with a greeting from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink. Quite a few dimensionals were added to this Whisper White panel to pop it up from the plaid paper. For embellishment, I added a die-cut/embossed leaf from the Brushed Metallic cardstock, a little linen thread, and an acorn trinket.
Beautiful card! Using the negative space is such a clever idea! Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
I love that you used a leaf die for the circle! Really a pretty fall design. Thank you for playing along at Freshly Made Sketches with my sketch this week!
Great cards. Time to CASE.
