Papercrafting is the Best Medicine

Post It Note Holder Tutorial

Today I’ve got a fun little project for you: Post It Note Holders! We made these at BINGO last week and they were a huge hit. All it takes is a little card stock, some Designer Series Paper, and a pad of sticky notes. Most notes measure 3″ x 3″ and that is what I designed this project to fit. If you are using a different-sized note, you’ll need to adjust the measurements accordingly.

For the focal point, I stamped a greeting from either the It Starts with Art stamp set or Crafting Forever stamp set in Basic Gray ink. I used a 1-1/2″ circle punch to cut out the greeting, then layered a die cut circle from the Layering Circles die behind it. That cute little button is from the Arts & Crafts dies. Seriously, this is one of the cutest die sets I’ve seen in a long time!

I used the Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper on the holders to give them a crafty vibe. Coordinating colors for this Designer Series Paper are Basic Gray, Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, and Pacific Point. I simply mixed the colors to complement the Designer Series Paper used on each holder.

I demonstrated this project during my FACEBOOK LIVE yesterday. The recap is below and includes details about my online BOGO sale happening this weekend. Be sure to LIKE MY FACEBOOK PAGE to be included in the sale.
