Special Someone Mojo Monday 530

As promised, I have another card made with the Special Someone stamp set and Special Day dies. The layout for the card was inspired by the Mojo Monday sketch below. I love Julie’s sketches because they always produce beautiful cards and she includes measurements (big bonus). Be sure to check out her site and play along by clicking the sketch.

Yesterday I explained how I created my own backgound paper with the heart stamps from Special Someone and the Stamparatus. I love how easily I can line up the stamps with the Stamparatus! The only difference in today’s card is that I colored the background with Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends.

This card also features a few of my favorite die sets. First, the Layering Circles dies are a great basic to have on hand. They are so versatile! And next, the newer Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I love the stitching effect around the edges and the variety of shapes and sizes. This is my must-have from the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog.
