There is a great sketch this week on the Stamping 411 blog and I decided to play along.  Sketches always seem to help me get the mojo flowing.

I had to turn the sketch sideways to get it to work.  This card features the Paisley Petals DSP and Four Frames stamp set.  I am loving this paper!!

MothersdaycardCheck out the small rosette–I used a Peach Parfait marker to color the flower so that it would coordinate with the Tangerine Tango that is in the paper.  I used a lighter color marker because it tends to turn out a shade or two darker on the rosette.

Speaking of the colors that coordinate with the Paisley Petals DSP….there are quite a few!

  • River Rock
  • Chocolate Chip
  • Baja Breeze
  • Marina Mist
  • Not Quite Navy
  • Old Olive
  • Cherry Cobbler
  • Tangerine Tango
