Sure Do Love You

I am so excited to start sharing the cards I’ve been making with new products from the Occasions catalog!  This is definitely one of my favorites.  It features an amazing sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch! and some beautiful new Designer Series Paper called Painted with Love.  The paper is stunning with its brushstroke designs and splashes of gold foil.  You’ll definitely want to add it to your next order.

For the focal point, I stamped the “Sure Do Love You” sentiment in Melon Mambo ink onto Whisper White card stock before cutting the words apart.  A small heart was stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink, then die cut.  The Sure Do Love You stamp set coordinates with the Lots to Love Box Framelits, used for die-cutting both heart shapes.  The “Love” was die-cut from gold foil with the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits Dies.  To tie everything together, I added some Powder Pink Mini Tinsel Trim to the back of the large heart.  The tinsel trim is available in a 2-pack that also includes a pretty gold trim.  I love the bit of sparkle it adds to the project.
