Hi everyone and welcome to another great blog hop from the Control Freak Stampers! You may have arrived here from Bree Renwick’s blog. Our theme this month is Animal Antics. My project is a shaker card made with the Count on Me stamp set and the Picture This Dies. These dies are a standalone set in the catalog, so they pair well with many other stamp & die combinations.
I began by cutting 2 pieces of Basic White cardstock to 3-3/4″ x 5″. The first one was die cut with the circles in the Picture This dies. Next, I lightly traced the circle openings with a pencil onto the uncut piece of Basic White cardstock. Using the pencil marks, I colored the circles with a variety of Stampin’ Blends. A window sheet was adhered to the back of the die cut piece. Once it was dry, I placed foam adhesive strips around the perimeter and filled the inside with the Ice Cream sprinkles(retired). Then I placed the colored piece of cardstock on the back to create the shaker.

The penguin image is from the Count on Me stamp set and the greeting is from the Sunshine Sayings stamp set. I created a second shaker card with this die/stamp set combo, but I forgot to take pictures before I left on vacation. I’ll try to get it posted soon, so be sure to check back.
