Happy Friday everyone! We’ve got a bold color challenge this week at TGIF Challenges: Black, White, with a pop of Coastal Cabana. I love it, don’t you? I’ve paired it with some Sale-a-Bration products to create $150 cards (just kidding). The products I’ve used, Delicate Dahlias stamp set and the Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper, are only available FREE with a qualifying purchase of $50 or $100 as part of our Sale-a-Bration promotion.
On both cards, I started with a Basic White card base then layered a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper onto the card. The card on the left features randomly stamped dahlias in Black Memento ink on Basic White cardstock, with one flower highlighted with Coastal Cabana ink. On the other card, I stamped the images and greeting in Versamark before using White (or black) embossing powder to heat emboss the images. Next, I cut out the images and greeting with my trusty Stitched Shapes dies (retired). For both of the cards, I used a few Matte Black Dots for embellishment.
