Monday Montage 101

Welcome to the Monday Montage blog hop!

I’ve got a quick and easy project to share with you.  We made this adorable set of mini  cards and coordinating mini pizza box in my card club this month.  This project would be perfect to give to a coffee-loving friend along with a gift card.  I kept the cards very simple, so you could whip this up in a matter of minutes!

For the base of the cards, I cut Whisper White card stock to 2-3/4″ x 5-1/2″, scoring at 2-3/4″ to create a 2-3/4″ square card.  The layers of Designer Series Paper are cut to 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ to fit over the entire front of the card.  This size of card fits perfectly in our 3″ x 3″ envelopes available in the Holiday catalog.

There are 4 cards featuring coffee cups with sentiments from the Coffee Cafe and Merry Cafe stamp sets.  Between both of these sets, you can easily have cards for almost any occasion throughout the year.  The outside of the mini pizza box was embellished with a Delicate White Doily and some 3/8″ Garden Green ribbon.

The possibilities with these mini pizza boxes and coordinating cards are endless!  You could easily whip a few of these up for Christmas gifts and add a gift card to make it even better.
