Creating Patterns with Cardstock: Monday Montage 196

Hi everyone and welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop! We’ve got some great projects to share with you, so make sure you continue by clicking the NEXT button at the bottom of this post to continue the hop. This past week has been filled with “professional development” for my stamping business. I’ve taken classes on leadership, TikTok, and creating patterns with cardstock. I shared more about the cardstock class in my last post if you want to know more about it.

The color scheme for today’s projects was inspired by the swag that we received for attending Backstage@Home. This event is our annual Stampin Up leadership training and it is always fabulous. I thought it would be fun to share my goodies in a TikTok video and I’d love to have you check it out below. Be sure to give me a like (click on the heart) and a follow (click on my pic).

Creating Patterns with Cardstock

So here are my projects. Aren’t they fantabulistic–fabulous and fantastic all in one? To create these cards, I started with cutting 1/2″ strips of cardstock in the following colors: Pool Party, Poppy Parade, Night of Navy, Petal Pink, Bermuda Bay, and Bumblebee. I don’t think I would have ever put these colors together myself, but I just copied the colors of the swag box and insert. There isn’t anything fancy about these cards either. Its simply creating patterns with cardstock strips!

All of my sentiments are from the In Your Words stamp set, which is in the Sale-a-Bration brochure on page 17. This set is brimming with crowd-pleasing greetings that are simply “fantabulistic”. To add this stamp set to your collection, place any party or personal order over $300 and receive this exclusive set for FREE. You’ll have to hurry because this offer ends on September 30.

Thanks so much for stopping by! You’ll find the complete list of supplies for this card at the bottom of this post. Use the buttons below to continue on the blog hop.
